A New Jersey based US-China business consulting company, with offices in China, is looking for a Project Coordinator to join the team. The business focuses on US- China exchange, overseas development training, etc. We help the U.S. and Chinese companies to establish and/or expand their business markets and presence in both countries.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate training programs and business visits for international delegations
- Design training curriculum for international delegations upon request
- Develop and maintain relationships with our business resources in US
- Operate logistics for international delegations, including booking hotel, selecting tour guide and transportation tools
- Support team members in China with customer development purpose
- Manage other tasks in the office
Qualifications:
- Fluent Chinese and English. Multi-tasking capability is a must
- Creative, innovative, and energized with a strong communication skill
- Ability to develop, maintain and grow relationships with existing business partners and clients
- Computer skills including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Legal to work in the US. If necessary, we can sponsor H1B and OPT
- No major limitation, Master degree is preferred
