ABOUT THIS JOB

We are looking for 2 people to handle our Asia Markets. One position requires Mandarin; Cantonese would be a plus. The other position, Japanese is mandatory. Both positions will be responsible for developing business leads and partnerships within the Asia Market. Once the partnership is established is responsible for the full life cycle of orders. Communicates with all stakeholders to ensure proper execution, to include the timely delivery of orders and resolutions of all customer inquiries.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES

    -Develop a business partnership and communicate with local companies
    -Strategize business models with potential partners (fulfillment, shipping, marketing teams)
    -Daily interaction with marketing, fulfillment & overseas partners to adapt to changing the business environment
    -Evaluate business performance and constantly seek solutions for areas needing improvement
    -Ability to analyze costs to optimize profitability
    -Conduct performance reviews for the accounts and ability to set standards and goals for prioritization
    -Opportunity to get involved in business development of the additional line

    Authorized to work in the US (OPT is acceptable), Sponsorship would be considered based on performance
    Must be fluent in the following languages: Mandarin or Japanese.
