KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
ACCOUNTING & BOOKKEEPING 70%
- Perform all accounts payable and accounts receivable bookkeeping tasks
- Matching invoices, packlist and PO, and enter Invoice to ERP
- Obtain check signatures from requetor and pass to accounting manager
- Reconcile company credit cards,
- Reconcile bank statement
- Liaise with insurance agent and carriers on all administrative matters (audits, carrier compliance, record requirements, policy filing, claims)
- Generate financial reports (cash status, A/R, A/P, P/L, balance sheet)
HUMAN RESOURCES 20%
- Maintain accurate employee files
- Maintain all employee records, including timesheets, vacation and sick time, company calendar, time expended on projects
- Track employee PTO
- Process new employees and assist in on-boarding
- Administer termination procedures & unemployment claims processing
- Assist in employee reviews
OFFICE ADMINISTRATION & MANAGEMENT 10%
- Answer telephone, greet visitors
- Interface with building management and staff as needed
- Maintain corporate compliance and accounting files
- Manage archiving of paper files to digital as needed
- Assist company leadership with miscellaneous administrative support
- Refill office supply
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- 2-3 years book-keeping experience
- Expertise in Quickbook
- Knowledge of ERP system (Visual)
Preferred Citizen,and greencard holder.
