The Project Associate will contribute to WHTB Glass' vision of quality service by supporting the Project Manager and the Production Management in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of customer orders. This role has the responsibility of managing the order lifecycle from order entry, to order management, overseeing the production process, and maintaining on-time delivery. The candidate will work on administrative tasks as well as a high level of interaction with customers, project team, and liaising effectively with contacts across the total supply chain to identify and meet business requirements with a level of professionalism.

Responsibilities (职责范围):

Manages the complete sales order lifecycle. 管理完整的销售订单生命周期.

Manages processes from performing data entries of orders, checking materials availability, shipping, and coordinating until invoicing. 管理流程,从执行订单数据输入,检查物料可用性,运输和协调到开具发票.

Qualifications (资格):

Hands-on or experience in any production process is a plus. 具有任何生产过程中的实践经验或经验者优先。

Quickbooks Module knowledge a MUST. Quickbooks模块知识优先.

Familiarity with order lifecycle activities a plus. 了解订单生命周期活动者优先.

Familiar with shipping processes a plus. 了解运输流程优先.

PC proficiency such as Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. PC能力包括Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint 和Outlook.

Monthly 薪水:$3200 to $3600

Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM

Location at Shirley, NY 11967

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $3,200.00 - $3,600.00 per month
