我把HR的原话粘贴一下：We are looking for candidates with a preferably Chemistry background, very detail oriented and good with documentation to work in our QC lab. This is a year-round position. We are able to work around school schedules, including additional time off, if needed, for finals. Candidates must be students and have a minimum 3.0 GPA. Fluency in Chinese and English is required. We have 2 positions open.

Position: Internship at Quality Team

Job description:

• Routine:
• Review and process supplier qualification documents. Coordinate with buyer to acquire any missing or incorrect information or documents.
• Review and process incoming material’s COA (certificate of Analysis). This is to make sure material complies to MTC’s product specification and the results are satisfactory.
• Processing documents involves the use of Microsoft Word, Adobe Pro, etc software.  
• Support maintaining MTC Kosher and HALAL certification including prepare document to add new products onto the certification.
• Prepare sample shipment requested by Sales for Customers.  
• Process retaining samples (pre-shipment sample) for all shipment received at MTC. This includes filling up paperwork, examine labels, COA and register in system then put into sample room following the rule.
• Process Sales requests on products including but not limit to preparing document, questionnaires, coordinate with buyers to acquire missing documents/data, etc.
• Prepare samples and send to outside lab for testing.
• Follow “Operation Menu” (OM) for each tasks assigned.  Create a new OM for tasks not documented before. 
• It is encouraged to point out a better way to process any routine work. It shall be documented in intern’s performance record.
• Spot missions includes but not limit to
• Support creating document using Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc, following Quality team member’s instruction.
• Support daily urgent tasks assigned by Quality team member when they are not able to handle.

Requirement:

• Detail oriented personnel.
• Self-driven ownership of one’s task. This means he/she wants to understand the meaning, importance and role or function of the task and will try his/her best to accomplish.
• Strong team work mentality.
