工作内容
Responsibilities:
- Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads.
- Cold calling, emailing potential customers.
- Developing new accounts and further expanding our customer base.
- Understanding customers' needs and identifying sales opportunities.
- Answering potential customers' questions and sending additional information via email.
- Provide B2B full life cycle services to customers.
- Researching and qualifying new leads.
- Closing sales and achieving sales targets.
- Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services.
- Keeping up with product and service information and updates.
- Continually enhance selling skills, product, technology, application, and industry knowledge.
