Quality Unit Associate Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

• Collecting samples, reviewing documents, drafting and approving all samples, and inspecting incoming product's physical quality.
• Responsible for being knowledgeable on all technical product documents, vendor approval while following all QU SOPs.
• Learn and understand the usage of all MTC products
• Know all the items on a COA (Certificate of Analysis), Specification sheet, and Technical Data Sheet.
• Able to prepare MTC versions of the above documents mentioned in #2
• Know the vendor approval process and all related documents on the SIDI
• Understand Vendor's approval status and questionnaires.
• Aware and knowledgeable of FSMA, FSVP, & HACCP.
• Perform inspection and labeling of incoming raw materials and the materials we have in warehouse
• Know the steps of CAP A and how to conduct out of specification investigations
• Follow cGMP guidelines to drafting, reviewing, preparing and approving all the related SOPs
• Providing sales team accurate sample support and deliveries on time
• Reading and understanding the entire QU SOP documentations,
• Responsible for the GMP areas of the building which includes the Warehouse, QU Lab, Facility room, sample room, and labeling room.
• Monthly/quarterly/annually inventory updates and warehouse stock items quality inspection and assurance. Make sure all the inventory items have no quality issues
• Sample system: keep a record of in-bound samples. Prepare all out-bound samples on time and keep a record of it. Monthly inform each sale the record.
• Product returned and provide correction action report on time.

Education Qualification and Experience Requirements:

• BS Degree in chemistry, microbiology, biology, biochemistry or equivalent? preferably in Nutraceutical and Pharmaceutical Sciences
• Bilingual (English/Chinese/Mandarin)
• 3 to 5 years of experience in regulatory documentation, filing etc.
