Position: Marketing Associate

Job Description:
This role combines customer service, market expansion, inventory management, and order processing. It offers both full-time and part-time opportunities with flexible hours to accommodate different schedules.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via email and phone, addressing requests and resolving issues.
• Accurately pick, pack, and process orders.
• Receive, organize, and maintain incoming inventory.
• Perform regular inventory checks and update stock levels.
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
• Assist with loading and unloading shipments.
• Support market expansion initiatives and other tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or higher education.
• Ability to lift and move packages as needed.
• Strong English writing and verbal communication skills; bilingual in English and Chinese is a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer skills.
• Previous experience in customer service or e-commerce is a plus, but not required.
• Basic knowledge of chemistry is a bonus.
