Job Overview
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Pokémon Fulfillment Specialist to join our team. This role focuses on packing trading card orders from our live streams and online sales. The ideal candidate has basic knowledge of Pokémon cards and understands how to handle collectibles carefully to ensure customers receive their items safely.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack Pokémon card orders accurately from our system
• Sleeve, top-load, and package cards to prevent damage during shipping
• Prepare sealed products, slabs, and singles for shipment
• Print and attach shipping labels
• Organize orders from live stream breaks and online sales
• Maintain a clean and organized workplace
• Verify orders for accuracy before shipping
• Assist with inventory organization when needed
• Assist with any other tasks needed in the company

Experience

• Attention to detail and strong organization skills
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently during busy periods
• Basic knowledge of Pokémon cards or trading card games required
• Responsible and punctual
• Ability to handle collectibles with care
• Must be able to stand and work for extended periods

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Pokémon TCG or collectible cards
• Previous packing, warehouse, or fulfillment experience
• Familiarity with shipping platforms (Tiktok, Whatnot, Shopify, etc.)
