房间有家具，可拎包入住，有大衣橱空间也很大。夏天有中央空调冬天有暖气，不另外收费都包含在房租里十分划算。
交通便利，5分钟开车或门口的公交车可到学校，10分钟可走到东方店。周围环境优雅，也很安静。
房东住在房子的另一边不打扰，人很好相处，有什么问题也可以及时找他们。厨房，洗衣机和烘干机公用，其他独立房客公用。但是不可以养宠物也不可以在室内吸烟。
房租是800每月全包，7月20号可以入住，房租可以按月付，租期长短如有需要可以商量，欢迎沟通。
