现转租一个family house其中的一个单间 。房子位于St. James， 离火车站只有3分钟的步行距离，到石溪大学只有15分钟的车程，到曼哈顿中城55miles。房屋内部装修漂亮，房间干净、整洁。

希望能租给石溪大学的老师或同学，偏向于租给女生，并且要有一定的英语交流能力，因为房东一家不会说中文。房东先生是英语老师，待人友善，非常乐于助人，初来美国的同学可以和他多交流英文和美国文化。

房租为1000刀每月，包括高速Wifi、超过300个台的电视、停车位等。房间里有地毯、窗外、衣橱、书桌等。房子里还有全齐的厨房用品、钢琴等。

房间从即日起开始出租。
