We have a large double room for rent for the summer. It will be $400 a month and will have to share with the room with another person. The room is huge and alot of space to study.

Sharing common area like bathroom, living room, kitchen, washer, dryer along with two big refrigerators.
15 minutes walking to South P, driving is 3 minutes.
Close to stop and shop, Target, home depot and best buy.
We have professional cleaning service to clean the common area two times a month!
The house is very quiet and we only rent to students that do not party at the house.
