We are a small family looking to move to 3V district starting this summer. Kids attending middle and elementary school. 

We are looking for recently renovated house/apt: minimum 2-3 bedroom with living room and nice kitchen.  Bright and airy.

MUST NOT BE BASEMENT nor ghetto looking houses. 

GOOD and safe, NON isolating location. Close to 495/347/97 access.

We speak and write Chinese fluently and are US citizens for more than 30 years.  Professionals with masters degree, working in public sector with job security. 

We will stay for a minimum of one year and up to 6 years if everything works out.

 You needn't worry about transient students or unscrupulous tenants wrecking your place.

We are ALSO, there only part time. We have another house to return to on weekends.

This is the best situation you'd want in a rental situation. If everything works out we like to stay for many years.
