[short-term sublease]
Hi,

I'm currently looking for someone to sublease my room from the end of May to mid August (8/13). (The move in date is flexible after May 20th)

It is a master bedroom with private bathroom and a big walk-in closet. The room is on the second floor of the house. You will be sharing the kitchen and dining space (first floor) with other tenants.

The house is within 10 min walking distance from South P parking lot.

The room is actually very big, it can also be a double room.

The rent is
Single person: $900/month
Two persons: $550 for each person/month

The utility is not included, and the utility bill will be shared by all the tenants.

*** If you plan to find a long-term housing, it is also possible to sign a new lease after mid August (long-term lease will be at least one year).

PS 1.One month deposit is needed.
PS 2. All my personal items will be moved by the end of May. The bed, desk and the chair are provided by the landlord.
