I'm a senior at SBU and want to be able to find a room from as soon as possible until the end of May.

I don't smoke/do any drugs/alcohol/hold parties/etc. I plan to spend the vast majority of my time studying. I'm a very quiet person and clean after myself. And I have a car that I would need to park somewhere.

I am looking for a room around 500-550 USD, but 600 is around the max I can afford without taking out private loans. I have a physical disability that makes it difficult for me for use my arms/legs, so if there's a working dishwasher then I'll try to stretch it out to 625-650 as that would make my life a lot easier.

Also, I should probably bring it upfront that I have had an organ transplant, meaning that I am immunocompromised/have a weak immune system. I am not willing to risk my health and live somewhere where there is any sort of bug problem. I also do not want to live with people who don't clean up after themselves (ie, places where people don't clean anything that spills in the microwave or leave the kitchen a mess, or where they don't clean their hair from bathrooms when it falls out, or other stuff like that).
