我们没有车，所以我们正在寻找步行即可到达校园的地方（约 20 分钟）

我们很安静，不抽烟，不聚会，不养宠物。我们说广东话和福建话，但我们的普通话一般。更愿意通过文字交流

My roommates (2-3) and I are looking for a place from Aug 2021- May 2022. We are Chinese undergraduate students from NYC. All females. 

Type of Place: 3-4 bedroom place

Year and Major: Senior, Health Science and Biology Majors 

Budget: ~3600 including full or partial utilities 

Ideal Lease: We are graduating next May so we hope to have a flexible lease (10 months) 

We don’t have a car so we’re looking for somewhere within walking distance to campus (~20 min)

We are quiet, don’t smoke, don't party, and don’t have pets. We speak Cantonese and Fujianese but our Mandarin is so-so. Would prefer to communicate through text
