We currently have a reasonably prized Master Bedroom (including a private bathroom) available for ONE PERSON in a house ONLY SHARED with 2 OTHER PEOPLE. So it's guaranteed w/peacefulness, quietness, and quality living. (Total of 3 people in the house)

You have full access to everything in the common area including a new fridge, new washing machine/dryer, and full kitchen (Including Oven/Air Fryer/Common Storage/Cooking Oven/etc) 

All Utilities Covered (Heat, A/C, Water, Electricity, and High-Speed Wi-Fi)

We provide one parking space (NO EXTRA COAST) and feel free to park your car inside the garage too because that is also included. Our house is only 3 minutes away from SBU (Driving distance)

The common area will be regularly cleaned but you are obviously responsible for your own dishes haha.

This is a no smoking/tobacco-free house, pets are prohibited.

We are seeking someone who is quiet, clean and doesn't host parties. We also welcome musicians since practice in a residential area seems impossible in other places. We have maintained a good relationship with the neighbor.

A long-term lease is preferred (1 year), and we are available after July/1st/ 2022. All necessary furniture is PROVIDED.
