We have a five bedroom house with three bedrooms currently available. The house is a 12 minute walk or 5 minute bike ride to either Stony Brook campus or Stony Brook hospital. It costs $1,050 per room per person, if you would like to share a bedroom, will cost $1,400 a month plus utilities. House contains two full bathrooms. Beds, Desks, Washers and Dryers are provided in house. Please contact with any questions or more information.
