Hello everyone, I need to travel back to China, so my room is now for short-term rental.

1) 8-minute drive from SBU

2) all tenants are SBU graduate students, they are nice and easy to interact with

3) the bedroom is a little short of 200 square feet ( see the attached picture, a bed and a table are included but not shown)

4) 0.5 bathroom with toilet is included on the first floor, and a full bathroom is on the second floor, and shared with other 4 tenants (rarely crowded, nobody spends hours in the bathroom).

5) the kitchen is large and APEC RO water filtration system is included and free to use; washer and dryer are included in the basement.

6) cost-effective: all utilities; asking for $650/month (negotiable)
